WRITE YOUR LIFE — SUMMER SESSION

This Summer's Hottest Read? Your Story.

Summer is the season for stories — the ones we devour on porches and beaches, and the ones we've been meaning to write ourselves. Over six weeks, you'll go from crafting unforgettable first sentences to mastering story arcs, tension, and character depth.

And since it's summer, expect some of the prompts to get beachy, fun — and maybe even a little steamy.

Clementina has been creating safe spaces and helping writers tell their stories since her early days as a CUNY writing professor in 1998. In 2013, she founded the Clementina Collective, where she's a writing coach and developmental editor. As part of this course, you'll get her expert + kind + encouraging feedback on up to 20 pages of your project.

We're capping this summer class at 12 writers so you can hone your voice, improve your work, and finish the six weeks with confidence — knowing you're a better writer than you were when the summer began. 7 spots are already filled — don't wait to claim yours.

📅 Thursdays, July 30 – September 3

Write Your Life - Summer Session (6-Week Course Creative Non-fiction)
$375.00

Whether you’re mid-draft or just beginning, this class offers the inspiration and support you need to help you close the gap between your creative vision and the reality of writing.

Lived experience doesn't automatically equal compelling narrative. The difference between "here's what happened to me" and "I couldn't put it down" comes down to two things: Overcoming the victim narrative and craft — the same elements that make fiction irresistible.
